Sophia Carlisle is a writer and editor with a passion for creative storytelling. She’s had the privilege of reporting in Arizona, Alaska, and most recently Minnesota, where she now calls home. 

Before leaving the desert, Sophia attended the University of Arizona, graduating with a degree in history. She works as an associate editor at Wainscot Media, managing regional lifestyle magazines across the East Coast. Sophia also freelances, writing about pet, lifestyle, and sleep products.

When not working, she enjoys reading, dancing, and hiking with her adorable rescue pup, Lyla.
